The Peos Four Jacks range of wines is named after the next generation of the Peos clan, who are growing up quickly, ready to take over the responsibility of running the family business from their fathers. The young Peos family will continue to follow the family winemaking traditions, however, will look to position this range as a more modern and contemporary offering that appeals to their generation of wine drinkers and beyond.
Lifted nose of white stone fruit, citrus blossom and apricot. Full and fleshy mouth-feel, showing intense white nectarine and citrus leaf on the palate with underlying raw cashew, supported by a well-integrated acid backbone, great length with a crisp lingering finish.
Lifted floral, honeysuckle and sweet citrus with underlying tropical notes of guava, apricot and lychee. Rich sweet fruit flavours of apricot, pears and sweet lemon grass balanced with crisp lime acidity on a lingering finish.
Lifted bouquet of plums, violets and a splash of earthiness. On the palate, berry and spice persist through to a smooth silkiness that balances the fine tannins and delivers a long, savoury finish.
Displaying lifted nose of fresh cut grass, pea pod and citrus blossom. On the palate, full and fleshy mouth feel, showing intense guava and lycee on the palate with underlying pea pod, supported by a well-integrated acid backbone, great length with a crisp lingering finish.
Peppery notes on the nose, with blackberry and hints of bacon and maple. Full flavours of mulberry and plums fill the palate, leading to dark chocolate and cherry with fine tannins on a lingering finish.
Vibrant nose of black current, raspberry with subtle sweet spice. Full firm mouth feel of bramble fruits, cherry, hints of violets with subtle savoury spice, well integrated fine powdery tannins, supported by complex oak with great length and a fine full finish.
